Presentation on the 130+ mile Contiguous Section in northern Minnesota

Below you will find the slides from a presentation put together for the 50th Outdoor Adventure Expo in Minneapolis, MN on 4/23.  It details the recently-completed 130+ mile contiguous section of the NCT within the Chippewa National Forest by Remer in Cass County to west of Itasca State Park in Becker County.  Download the slides (130 Mile Hike Show, PDF, 5.5MB).

This stretch was made contiguous when the Itasca Moraine Chapter completed the gap between the Chippewa National Forest and Itasca State Park last November.
