Join the Dakota Prairie Chapter for a winter hike!

We will hike or snowshoe, depending on the amount of snow, on a very peaceful trail. The trail goes through open spaces with views and wooded areas. It is very flat, so no worries about elevation gain or loss. The hike will be about 6.5 miles in length.

We will meet at the Colfax High School parking lot, be shuttled to Walcott and hike back to our cars in Colfax. Be sure to dress for the weather. Check event details on meetup.com to confirm whether it will be boot walking or snowshoeing, and to RSVP. This is very useful as it helps us know how many hikers to expect and how many will need to be shuttled.

All are welcome to join us at Brewzers in Walcott after the hike for social time, refreshments, or a meal.
