Brewery to Brewery Hike, Hillsdale County NCNST, First Annual
This Brewery to Brewery NCNST hike with the NCTA Chief Baw Beese Chapter begins at Hillsdale Brewing Company at 10:00 a.m. on October 8.
We’ll meet in parking lot behind Ramshackle Brewing Company (RBC) at 9:30 a.m. to carpool to Hillsdale Brewing Company. Zack Bigelow, RBC Brewmaster, will be on foot to talk about beer.
The hike is a thru-hike, approximately five miles total length, up the NCNST between Hillsdale and Jonesville. The hike is dog friendly (all dogs must remain leashed). There are restroom facilities at businesses along the hike, including the start/end breweries. The Trail is paved or sidewalk for the entire duration of the hike. We recommend comfortable walking shoes because of this. Cell service and wifi are available for the duration of the trip.
Meals and drinks purchased at either brewery will be at own expense and are completely optional to participate in the hike.
Car staging/carpooling location and end of the hike is Ramshackle Brewing Company. There is a large public parking lot behind the brewery; there’s one charging station for EV vehicles at the back of this lot, with hookup provided at no cost.
