The overpass on C-10, NE of Napoleon, doesn’t have a span as of this date. I recommend that you use the overpass on C-11.
It is not shown on Google Maps, but OH-424 no longer connects to US-24 at its eastern terminator. Instead, it dead ends about 100 yards west of said point.
A new US-24 freeway is being built (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=41.430758,-83.977525&num=1&vpsrc=0&t=m&z=15) and where Township Road 5b & 6c were once through roads, they now dead end at the new US-24 freeway.
