Join members of the Butler Chapter for a waterbar building workshop hosted by Lauren Kennedy-Little, North Country Trail Association Regional Trail Coordinator for Ohio and Pennsylvania.

We will be constructing 2 to 4 waterbars along the North Country Trail above recently improved stairs. This is a steep slope and is a great example of where to use these structures. The implementation of water bars above the stairs will help reduce erosion on the trail and improve the longevity of the staircase.

Wear a sturdy pair of shoes or hiking boots, bring work gloves, water, and a snack if needed.
