Join our Harbor Springs Chapter in hiking section 10 north towards French Farm Lake – 5.2 miles.
Mileage is one way. Hike out and back, as far as you want to go.
Meet at Section 10 Trailhead

Side road parking.
The trail includes balsam, cedar and pine forests. It crosses Carp River and French Farm Lake dam. It includes many puncheon walkways over streams and wet areas. Two miles of the trail border French Farm Lake with many scenic views and waterfowl viewing in summer. Many lady slipper flowers and other flowers are likely to be in bloom during the time of this hike.
