Bring Your Mom! Hike
Join the NCTA Allegheny National Forest Chapter for a hike to celebrate moms!
Our meeting time is 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 11 at the Dunham Siding Trailhead. The trailhead is located along Forest Road 116 (Mayburg Road), about a quarter-mile south of Hearts Content Road (State Road 2002) (41.67123, -79.22640).
We will do an out-and-back hike north on the NCT. It is about 4 miles to go to Forest Road 419 and back, about 7.5 miles to go to Triple Forks and back, or about 10 miles to go to Minister Road and return. The length of the hike can be adjusted based on the desires of the participants.
Please come prepared for the hike dressed in appropriate layers for the weather, and carrying your own food and water. Friendly dogs are welcome. We hope to see you down the trail.
